Does anybody think it's strange that I wanna keep my village up all year?

Just askin'.

It's your house and your likes and dislikes. Do what you want too. It doesn't matter what we thing. Besides, we know you are nuts anyway.

If you like it, keep it up and add to it. When I was a kid I would take something like that and play with it with my army men. Maybe break a few to make it look like a war torn village. Man, the memories! Can I come over and play with it?

LOL. Of course you can come over and play with it.
You knew that I was nuts? I thought that I was hiding it pretty well.....

Um... I still have all my Christmas and birthday cards all over the top of my piano.

So no, I don't think it's strange. Although I do think I'm lazy.

Nothing weird about dragons, Burf! They are very much "in vogue" now! LOL! You should see some of the stuff in a store up here called Green-Earth... very cool!

Biddie, your village obviously gives you great pleasure, so keep it up as long as you want to. Besides, can you describe what a "normal" person is? I don't think one exists! ;-)

Heidi - laziness is only part of the equation for me. I LOVE the village. It is on a timer and it lights up every night. Lynn suggested that I keep it up, and so far I have. Mind you, I still have my nativity scene in the window, too. THAT is laziness.

Dilling - LOL. Not at all.

Burfica - I used to have a couple of way cool dragons, too. Seems normal to me. :)

phoenix - I bet that Burfica would LOVE Green Earth.
I do love my village, and you're right. I have yet to meet a 'normal' person. :)

What do real villages do when Christmas is over? Do they fall through a crack in the earth?

I think you should keep it up but change the seasons. You know, spring flowers, summer swimming pools, fall leaves, and lookee here you're right back to winter in no time.

babzy - I was kinda thinking of that. I could clear away all of the snow and put some green in there. I think it's a wonderful idea!

Yes. Strange is not necessarily a bad thing though.
