The Germanators

I got a phone call from John, or as KC calls him, The Germanator.

I will not be going tomorrow, and neither will Shawn. I just can't. Even if Shawn could go, I know that I can't. I can say that I will, but more than likely, my panic will overwhelm me, and I won't make it.

I did speak with John. He assures me that he does not want to kick me out. He sounds so sincere....I want to trust him, but ....

I'll let you know tomorrow how it goes. Keep your fingers crossed, and the prayers coming. For some reason, I feel hopeful.

Sometimes I forget that God is bigger than any problem I have. No matter how it works out, he has a plan and it is for you because he loves you. It sucks sometimes to have to wait and see what the darn plan is but we cannot see the big picture. I care. love you, deb

Biddie, Gaby called me and asked me something that left me thinking. I'm assuming you're aware of all the housing programs that the government offers, but just in case...

We have friends who have gotten houses through this, and they're quite affordable. Who knows, maybe this is one of those thigns that are widely known by us immigrants, but that Canadian citizens are not fully aware of.

Is there anybody who can go as proxy in your place? Provide them with a letter outlining the situation - consequences of losing a day of work; the recent payment you made; dates of calls made/people you spoke with/results of the calls, etc. You've obviously presented various 'owners' with payment plans that have been deemed acceptable. Don't forget to include info on your recent LTD approval (good luck with that appt tomorrow, btw)
Hell, I'd do it for you 'cept I just got home from hosp....unless you could contact the adjudicator and get a continuance?

Ze Cherman- a-tahhhhh

I'm sorry, I shouldn't be joking around at a time like this! I just couldn't help myself!

Keep communication open. Don't take any crap from the rest of the "cooks" if you know what I mean.
