While struggling to come up with a blog topic, my daughter KK suggested that I write about her. She is 15. She wants a monkey for Christmas. She's not getting one.

I could write about other things. I could write about my brother, TMOC and the recent phone call that I got from him. He saw the photo of my Christmas village and wants to know WHY I have a farm in the city limits. He wants to know if I remember where HE was Confirmed. He wants to know WHY I don't mention him more often in my blog. Oh yeah. He also told me that he is a wearing a kilt when he gets married in May and that he looks better in a skirt than me. That was pretty much the jist of our long distance conversation. I told him that YES, he would look better in a skirt than me, I do NOT remember where he was Confirmed, and the farm is in the city limits because I am the city planner, thank you very effing much. I swear, he moves 1500 miles away and still drives me crazy.
Really, I don't know what to write about. I would love some suggestions. PLEASE. I am begging for some suggestions. I'll take any.

Well I would like to know how you ended up working in a morgue. And did you enjoy it?

Whooo! The morgue stories!!!

Jethro reminds me that he grew up in town with a farm behind him.

Then he looks at me quizzically and asks, "TMOC was confirmed???"

Like, him? Anarchy in the UK? Same guy?

All I can say is...."Not you! We named the monkey Jaaack!"

This may not surprise you but I too wanted a monkey when I was a kid.

Later on in life I had two and now they're both sitting in a classroom at school!!!

Jethro and I think TMOC is a gold mine of good stories!

Ahhh brothers!

Well, honestly, just write anything! Write about the lint in your toes, or a joke a friend said, or the person in the line in front of you at the store. Just write a couple sentences. Once you get going the creative juices will flow!

Tod - I LOVED working in the morgue! I wrote a post just for you about it. I could have said SOO much more, but I didn't want to get too graphic....

Heidi - TMOC is a goldmine. You know it. I have a million stories that I could tell, but since he ASKED...I think that I'll make him wait. He was confirmed, but he has professed to be an atheist for so mant years now, I can't understand why he's getting married in a Catholic church...Hmmmm.......

Ldbug - I did come up with something..You're right, sometimes you just need to getthe creative juices flowing!
