After my last post, I thought that we could all use a smile. I'm not going spend every minute worrying about Rudi. I'll be on the lookout, and I'll be careful, but I'm not going to dedicate one minute more to him than I have to.
My brother called me today. I had been worried that we wouldn't be able to get past our arguement before Christmas. I think that things will be ok.
We went to the police station yesterday morning, and it went very well. I think that the detective in charge is taking this seriously. It feels nice to be have the justice system working for us. It feels great, actually.
It's actually snowing today, and for the first time in weeks, I think that you might need hat and mitts if you're going out. It still isn't cold enough for the snow to stay on the ground, though. I must admit, I love it! I love being able to walk to the store without bundling up, and I don't miss shovelling the snow, either. I do feel badly for my sister, Lucky. She lives in Colorado, and has been snowed in. She's in the hospital right now, suffering from pnuemonia (?). She's so far away, and I've never felt the distance more than I do right now.
Get well soon, Lucky.

I've been kind of holding my breath about that police station trip. What a relief that something is going your way.

Later ok?

Tell me more about your visit to the police station. Did you get stripped searched? Huh! Huh! Did ya?

Sorry about your sister, too. Hope she gets better soon.

And, FYI, I stop at all my favorite blog stations on my journey through life ever day. I just don’t comment on everyone. LOL, if I pass out too much wisdom and advice every day, you little people will start looking on me as a God, and I’m not in the God mood. I’m more into the lecherous and/or less serious aspect of life. But you can kiss my ring, if you like.

Cindydianne - My weekend was ok, but I'm dealing with a cold/flu virus. Personally, I don't mind Colorado getting all of the snow.

her Indoors - I loved the photo, too! I'm looking at the sunny side of life, Rudi isn't going to get me down!

Heidi - It went very well, and I am feeling positive about this. It was a bit strange being video taped...I was blowing my nose the whole time. Yuck. I like the detective, tho. Feeling good!

Coffeypot - No, no strip searching! I asked, but....I was just there to give a witness statement about the day that my Hubby and daughter were assaulted by a taxi driver.
I can TOTALLY understand why you can't always be in the god mood. TOTALLY. You can't be ON all of the time!

It cold here today too. This past weekend was perfect, like 60 degrees. If this is global warming I say bring it on.

It's 6:00pm and I'm just now getting around to everyone's sites. Mondays suck!

it's been a strange season when places meant to handle snow get too much snow, and places meant to handle water flood and you have all the good weather over there! hhhmmmmm

Did somebody say snow? You better get some Hot coca on Biddie because Corky is coming over to play in the snow. I'm glad your feeling better.

We are deluged with snow here, so hard to pack & get boxes, mail boxes, etc...'fraid I'll fall down go boom w/more discs. IT would be miserable weather to have pneumonia in. I hope she recovers fine.

Glad the Rudi thing is resolving - somewhat and for now anyway. My daughter just got her divorce after 9 years of not living with the guy - hooray -celebration! Total and full custody of the little guy. More hooray.
