Five Things That You Might not Know About My Guy...

Ok, here we go again. This time, however, I'm writing about my guy. He's a pretty interesting fellow, really.

1. He was once picked up by the police for riding the KFC bucket. You know the one, and don't tell me that you haven't thought about riding that spinning bucket yourself. The thing is, it isn't really a bucket. It LOOKS like a bucket, but there's nowhere to climb IN, you have to climb ON. Anyway, he was just about up when the cops started pulling on his leg. I don't think that they pressed any charges..That time.

2. Hubby once had a pet gator. Well, it was a camen, actually. His name was Booger, and he grew to about 7 feet. He started out living in a kiddie pool, and he eventually took over the whole basement. When the police raided the house (that's another story, folks), he was taken away to the African Lion Safari.

3. He once brought a live weasel to school for show and tell. In a garbage bag. Do you really need to know more????

4. His teachers used to give him 10 minutes at the start of each day to perform a stort of stand up routine. It was easier that way.

5. He was once beat up by a priest. Seriously. I think that it had something to do with Hubby eating the Host and drinking the wine for school mass. I his defence, Father Bernie was a tough old guy.....

Well, come on, the poor kid was hungry!

I love this. I feel so great because I know him and have been entertained by the stand up routine several times. I didn't know about the KFC bucket though.

My favourite of all is your dad all those years ago pointing out a story in the paper about some guy who got busted for having an alligator in his house...

That is my fav, too..My poor Dad. What would he say if he knew that the ass-hat with the gator is none other than my Hubby!
You knew the weasel story, tho, right? You really have to hear him tell it.

Too funny. They are all very funny. These are the kind of blogs that make my day. I don't think I can top any of those. I have however done some stupid stuff (not that those were stupid), but sometimes the funniest things are the stupidist things.

holy moly, you guys are WAY too rowdy for me to hang out with....

Now, you have one colorful guy. Beat up by a priest, Father Bernie must have missed that part about turning the other cheek. Or maybe your guy learned it and simply was turning the other cheek.

I heard the weasel story. I'd like to hear it again!

The one about chuckin stuff off the balcony is good too...

Somebody tell Dilling that these days we just LAUGH about it, we don't do it anymore!!!!

fancy face - bad boy would be putting it mildly!

dj andi- Thank you. I think that these are my fav blogs to write, too. Everyone needs a good laugh.

diana - Seldom a dull moment. I just wish that I could find his off switch.

dilling - These were the crazy days of youth..Hubby hasn't wrassled a gator or caught a weasel in AGES.

mjd - You got it right the 2nd time. Hubby turned the other cheeck for Father Bernie. He really was a tough old guy.

Heidi - the balcony story always cracks me up...There's the whole mixed company thing, tho. The best part of the weasel story is the way that he acts it out.

ldbug - Most days are adventurous with Hubby. Thankfully, the days of crocs and bucket climbing are long over.

tod - We're not scary. We're actually pretty boring these days...

Never mind...It's funny how time calms us all down in the end. Now I'm off for a nice cup of tea and a sit down.

Very amusing stories, LOSLI. Sounds like a fun guy.

Tod - I really am old and boring now. Seriously. Time hasn't calmed us down...It's put us into a coma.

ladydtd - I haev never ridden the chicken bucket either, but it does look like fun. I'm afraid of heights, though, so you won't catch me climbing anytime soon.

*(asterisk) - He's fun, alright. Believe me, that's just the tip of the ice berg...Nothing like meeting Adam Ant, tho......
