Tagged!!!!!!!!

I have been tagged by Marni, over at A Pug's Life, to write some sort of tell all about my crushes. There have been so many that I barely know where to start.
My earliest crush was probably in kindergarten. His name was Mike, and we liked each other because we were the fastest runners in the whole class. I don't remember much about him, except that we always sat beside each other in the reading circle. Anything was better than sitting next to Tony Baloney....He peed his pants more than once, prompting our teacher to change the 'sharing circle' to the 'reading circle'. Tony shared a little too much.
My next crush was Luke. He was in my grade 1 class. Once again, there was too much sharing going on in the circle. This time, however, it was me. I showed Luke what was under my shirt, right there, in the classroom of my Catholic school. That was the 1st time that I was ever sent to the principal's office. Next was Dennis Fanti. We played Electrowoman and Dynagirl at recess. He was hot, in a 7 year old kinda way.....
My first reciprocated love was Robbie Shushack. We were both 10, and man, was I in love! He had a fort in his backyard, and we hung out there with Posh and Robbie's best friend. We shared a mutal love of animals and spent every waking moment hanging out and riding our bikes to the horse stable. I still have the silver heart that he gave me on the day that he moved away.

This is Dirk Benedict. You know him as the Face man from the A-Team, or Starbuck from the original Battlestar Galactica. He was hot then, he's hot now.

This is Randolph Mantooth. From Emergency! Yup, still hot.

Next on the list is Christopher Atkins. He was the man of dreams for oh so many years. He was in Blue Lagoon, The Pirate Movie, and Dallas. No one has ever filled out a loin cloth quite like him.

Marc Singer. Remember him from V? Running in those tight jeans? Enough said.

Carlo Imperato. Danny from Fame. Hey, you knew that I loved "Fame." Now you know why.

There have been other guys. My first love started out as a crush. His name was Blaine, and I fell for him hard. I thought that I would never love again after I moved back to Ontario and left him behind in Nova Scotia. I still think of him from time to time.......

My biggest crush EVER was, and always will be Shawn. He was my next door neighbour when we 1st met. Sort of. He WAS my next door neighbour, but we had some of the same friends, went to the same parties, and hung out at all of the same places for 20 years. He knew 2 of my brothers for years. He knew TMOC's bio father, and uncle. He worked for that uncle. Strange that it took us living in the same ghetto to actually meet. I do believe that it was fated, and that we were meant to be together.

So there you have it. Most of my crushes from the past 20 + years..... What a blast from the past.......Now it's my turn to tag.....I tag The Adult in Question, Cindydianne, and Tod..............You're it!

skippy - Actually, Blaine has a twin brother. Yes, I dated him, too.

Tod - Now that you've seen me, maybe I should get a little peek at that sketch? Just asking..... I can't wait to see the Fonzie pics!

When I was in Kindergarten at a Catholic school I use to sell kisses for a quarter! I use to come home with like 2.50 everday until my mom caught on. My first crushes were losers and I don't want to talk about it ;)

haha. I love Danny.
Where is Harry? I love Harrison Ford.
There is no James Marsters, there is no Anthony Stewart Head.
What is this? I think this list is only half done.

Bid - AND the twin brother??? wow!

Biddie said...

her indoors - I do like David Cassidy, but I was into Shaun, more. I missed a bunch of my crushes because blogger was acting up. I would have listed Keanu Reeves, Anthony Stewart Head, Seth Green, James Marsters, Harrison Ford...

nonny - I'm glad that I didn't tag you, then....I didn't list my loser crushes. Imagine if we would've gone to the same school, we could've ran the place!

KC - yeah, there are a bunch missing, but you know who they are, anyway. I want to know about YOUR crushes.

Skippy - I'm only going to say this about Shane and Blaine. Even though they were identical twins, they weren't IDENTICAL. The rest is for a phone conversation....

*giggle* '80s style men aren't really my thing...I'll bet you had a few posters of those guys back in the day!!

Biddie is the only person I know who's seen the Pirate Movie more than once!

I'm so glad you kept that picture. Soooo cute.

Isn't the crush list fun???!!!

Biddie said...

Dilling - I had tagged you, but I thought that you would be on vacation. Can I tag you now? I would love to hear about the dark brooding, moody guys that you swooned over.

Melanie - Nothing wrong with David Cassidy. Nothing at all. Shaun was more my speed though...

Ldbug - I had a Chris Atkins poster, and a Jon Erik Hexum poster. I might have to talk about him later. I liked the 80's look, because I was a teen in the 80's. Can't help it. But really, what's wrong with Marc Singer or Dirk Benedict? Yummy. I should tag you now...

Biddie said...

You can't tag everyone.

Uh. happened again. The last comment was me. I meant to say to Life that you can't tag everyone because then there will be no one left to tag.

Biddie said...

Heidi - I own The Pirate Movie on DVD. Yup. I only watch it about once a year, cuz everyone else hates it. I also can NOT refrain from talking along with it...mostly word for word.
I love that photo. It brings back some really nice memories.

dilling said...

I, too, watched the pirate movie more than once...and John-Eric Hexum? Gosh, how friggin' sad was that when he killed himself by accident? I cried for days.
If I can work it out to post tomorrow morning, I will work on my crush list...the sun WILL come out and I WILL fly tomorrow.

dilling said...

and it was Bruno from Fame for me...dark and brooding, once again.

Biddie said...

Dilling - Bruno (Lee Curerei???)was going to be on the list, too. Blogger was acting up, and I only did a partial list. I may post again. I loved Jon Erik Hexum, and I actually cried when he died. So sad.

What a sweet picture (the bottom one, you and ??)

Biddie said...

Dollface - That is me and Blaine. The 1st love of my life. We were 16 then....He's married now, with about 5 kids. He told me before he married her that she (Kim) was the 1st person that he was with that he didn't compare to me. I guess that's a compliment. He was my best friend, and I still miss him sometimes. Not in a romantic way, more of a friend way.
Ah, 1st loves.........

Dirk Benedict and Randolph Mantooth mentioned in the same post. Biddie you're a genius. I wrote a post last night that has a little to do with Dirk.

Banned taggin' as it got outta hand so glad yer didn't tag me! Mind you this isn't a bad one as it goes. Tags I used to get had 100 questions and stuff. Real pain.

Had a few crushes - Clare Grogan (Altered Images), Toyah Wilcox - but nowt serious til Caz came along. Awwwww

dilling said...

I'm done...though the list is very abbreviated cuz HONESTLY, I could go on and on and on and on....and on.
and then some...and then some more...ad infinitum... take a breath and begin again.

dilling said...

I forgot Adrian Pasdar, too. dammit. But when he was on Mysterious Ways and not now on Heroes...too slick now. In fact, I never knew his name, just Declan Dunn from Mysterious Ways...I think my crushes are mostly about whatever character they are playing, ya know?

Biddie said...

Dilling - I love Adrian Pasdar, too! He was also on Judging Amy...I'm not too fond of his character on Heroes...He's still hot, though.

Heidi the Hick said...
