Gabriel - It is so heartbreaking. I have been praying every night for her safe return, and now it looks like the best anyone can hope for is for the family to have closure. The people responsible for this should be on death row. Sometimes, I wish that Canada still had the death penalty. If anyone ever deserved it, these monsters do.

When I read the descriptions of where they were looking for that poor child's body - I knew exactly where they were. Lived in Guelph for a long time.
I'm sure it is rocking everyone who lives in Ontario with some sort of sense of shame. I remember how I felt about Bernardo and his accomplice. Sick. (I lived there then)
btw - only saying that shame bit because I read some comments in a news story from people who live in Fergus. Saying - everyone will point at our little town and say - that is where.....
aims - I have heard the comparisons already. I am always so shocked when something like this hits close to home. Of course, it really can happen anywhere, but small town Ontario? I have been praying for Tori's safe return every night. I just can't believe that this is how it is going to end. It's so unfair.
I am feeling better. I think that this combo of drugs might be the right one :)

Thanks for making me smile... I'm tired, and I just learned about Tori Stafford's case upon my return. Not happy here.
