Well, friends, I'm 38 now. Hard to believe, isn't it? I know, I can hardly believe it myself. The highlight of my day was the brand new ipod shuffle that I got from KC and Spencer. Yup, that's right. A brand new ipod shuffle. It's full of 'old lady music' now, so Jessica won't be borrowing it.

The other highlight (not counting the squirtguns that I got) would have to be the Operation game. Not just ANY Operation game, but Spiderman Operation.

I know. I can hardly catch my breath. Anyone wanna play?

I used to love operation. But, I was never good at it. Now I know it is because I have Benign Essential Familial Tremors. Transalation? My hands shake when I try to do stuff like that.

Cindydianne - That sucks! I promise, though, if you play with me, I'll bend the rules. :)

The ipod is an upgrade for me, too. I had an old hand me down mp3 player that was handed down from 3 people before..now it goes to Shawn!

I'm totally jealous of your "Spiderman" operation game. My boys would lose their minds over that. I've not seen one around here.

Happy B-Day, I'll be 38 in 2 months!

Well,
Nonny...2 months...If my Spidey senses could pick up your address, maybe there would be a Spiderman Operation game for you? Hmmmmm?
I KNEW That you would like it! I thought of you when I opened it! Spidey is my fav comic book hero - next to Aqua man, cuz no one fills out a speedo like him!

Happy Birthday!!! Hope it's a great one.
Cool, I love Operation. I'll have to steer my youngest towards that one if it's still around in a few years when he's old enough to play it. Way cooler than the naked man with the light up nose.

ann - Thank you! The kids actually wanted the Shrek version a couple of years ago, butthis one is way cooler!

Happy Birthday (belated), Biddie. Oh, you're just nine months older than me then, so you shouldn't be listening to "old lady music"!

Hope you had a great one.

Happy Belated Birthday. Hope it was a great one. Love that spidey operation game. I am older than you by a few years so gotta ask..what is old lady music??? lmao.

Biddie said...

mjd - thank you! Once I get my ipod fully loaded, I'll have enough music to dance for a full year!

canadian flake - ah..the 'old lady' music' - made me laugh, too.
While I admit to listening to Abba and some other disco favs, I LOVE punk and 80's (my guilty pleasure), but I'm not exactly jurassic, either. I like Kanye West, and Finger Eleven, and Lincoln Park...Papa Roach, Bowling For Soup...
So much for the old lady, theory, huh? Gotta love 12 year olds! LOL!
